Icon 3.0 coilovers SOLD

Just took these off of my truck because I was never able to get the sway bar to fit with them (after multiple trips to off road shop and calls to Icon). I ended up installing a new set of Icon 2.5 cdcv coilovers and putting the sway bar back on. These are in good working condition but are used and have about 20,000 miles on them. Comes in original box with all necessary parts included including sway bar end links, reservoir mounts, and hardware [edit: the pinch clamps that hold the steering boot out of the way are not a reusable part and thus are still on the truck, (2) 605937 PINCH CLAMP 15/16 – 1 1/16 probably a ~$10 part (I didn't even remember this part until I uploaded pics of install)]. Buyer pays shipping, local pickup in Seattle area.

 

Most people take the front sway bar off. Did you ever consider just removing it? After taking mine off i like the ride much better.

 

I literally drove for 20,000 miles without the sway bar. It’s fine on dirt roads but quite a bit sketchier on winding highways, especially fully loaded. I also worry about the insurance/liability side if something were to happen and they blamed it on not having the sway bar. To me it was not worth the trade off for slightly better performance off road.

 

Damn, this is half the price... what the hell, too good of a deal to pass up. If only I had the money...

Has the lift height been addressed with these? When I bought them for my 2018 platinum. that was right in the middle of the spring height issues where no one was getting the advertised lift height at the 2” thread mark.

 

I didn't know this was an issuem
