    I just installed this cat shield on my TRD PRO with the skid plate, and I recommend it if you have a skid plate, or even you don't have a skid plate.

    The most difficult part was securing the rear driver's side, with the skid shield bolt. It was difficult getting my hand, and a socket wrench in there on the top nut. But I did it. If I can do it, anyone can.

    Here's instructions, although this video is from a different cat shield company. The installation is almost the same.
