Facebook groups, forums.. everywhere I turn there's nothing but negativity, complaining, and pessimism surrounding Tundra.
I like my truck/ It's been good to me and I enjoy driving it.

So, I beg you, save me from the negativity spiral.
Tell me ONE thing you actually like about your truck.
    Please.

    Cheers,

If you are offended, saddened, or distraught over what you read on social media, then stay off social media, it's that easy..
There are plenty of more productive things to do.
Enjoy your truck and don't let anyone influence your feelings for it...

Good thing you’re in the 3rd gen sub. Here’s ya some positivity. upload_2024-8-20_8-1-46.jpg

I love the truck but there’s a few thing I wish it had or didn’t do but overall it’s been great over the last 12k miles.
Been to Illinois where I bought it and drove it back to Houston.
Took it from Houston to Denver and back and it’s been very comfortable with no issues.

Most people are just stirring the pot man. Don’t let it get to you. The best thing you can do is take a step back from social media and just drive the truck. Take a break and don’t keep current on anything other than Toyota says. Cause at the end of the day anything you read online on social media is all speculation. Also remember not to believe everything you read online. As for the truck, I love my truck. Came from a Toyota and the space, power, looks, comfort all improved. Used the long bed this weekend for some various stuff and just having that extra space was very helpful. If your truck has no problems drive it and enjoy it!

I see what you did there. Well played sir.:hattip:

    Positivity you say:
Cruising home on a sunny Friday afternoon, sunroof open, rear slider down, tunes cranked.
Enjoying the smooth ride, effortless power and 20 mpg of your new truck.

Best piece of advice out there. Social media is nothing but dog $hit wrapped in cat $hit. It's nothing but digital advertising, data collection, and when you do actually see a post by an actual human...99% of the time it's either some "influencer" trying to manipulate you or it's all negativity and vitriol.

Do yourself a favor...go dark, get offline. The closest thing I come to social media anymore is here and Reddit. One of the best things I ever did.

As for positivity for my (former) 2022 Tundra, I enjoyed it immensely when I had it. Loved the giddy up, as we say where I come from. It also looked badass when fully built out. I will miss the capabilities and the looks. The truck will probably be the last "build" that I ever do.

    I need some positivity

@Mswwalker : instead of me trying to find something positive about your... vehicle, let me put you in contact with someone whom is in a much darker place. You'll feel better by comparison.

    The Internet comments sections. Undefeated.
For those who took it the wrong way and replied as such, thanks for replying, and apologies for the misunderstanding. Totally my fault for not explaining in great detail my own ID and outlook on life in general. that's on me.
For those who took it the right way and replied with things you like about your truck instead of the incessant flood of complaints and hand-wringing, thanks for replying.

I sincerely hope everyone has a great day unaffected by anything on the Interwebs, and I will lift a nice bourbon to all this evening.
    Cheers,

Reliable, bench seat, long box, turning radius, ground clearance, easy to work on, smooth ride, can’t think of a downside, honestly.
