Has anyone experienced the Radio on/off and volume button to break on the inside that holds the knob in place? In September of 2023 it broke and now today October 27, 2023 it has broken again. I di NOT abuse the button either times.

First, welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! This is the first I have heard of this. Good thing there's a warranty, but that's still a pain to take it in.

Well my 3rd volume button broke again on my 2023 Toyota Tundra Hybrid. I took it to dealer and apparently they said no one has had this problem They said it must be an outside source! aliens? They said the warranty will not cover it anymore. Dealer said they will replace this one at no charge. But this is the last time they will replace it for free.
