I created a Windows program to test the 2007-2013 Instrument Cluster

Sharing because cool stuff..

Had a guy reach out asking me about options for controlling the insturment cluster when doing bench testing.

I made this simple windows program that has text boxes, check boxes, and buttons to control most of the functions of the cluster.

You enter or click commands in the program. It sends data out the USB cable to an arduino microcontroller. The microcontroller reads in the data and sends the corresponding signal to the cluster.

Very helpful for reclocking/calibrating gauge needles and checking operation of LEDs/indicators.

I merged the two videos so you can see input to the program and the reaction of the cluster.
