I think the storage under my back seat should have a cover so that I can load stuff on a flat surface instead of sitting on top of the stuff I have stored under the back seat. Has anybody tried the cover from a hybrid over there storage area? Below are pics from my truck (with stuff stored under the seat) and from a hybrid. It appears it would work? I need to see if that part is available and how it attaches.

I would be interested in this as well to keep my dogs off the seats.

I am planning to do the same just haven’t figured out part numbers/cost yet. I planned to use the movable dividers or make some out of ABS to support the covers at multiple locations. Please post anything you learn and I will do the same.

I went to my local dealer this morning and learned nothing. The schematic they have for the non hybrid and the hybrid is the same! No battery cover shown so you couldn't order one if you wanted to! So apparently they don't even have access to the hybrid under seat schematic that shows the cover and the vents on each end. So I guess the next step is to find a hybrid owner that will let me take a close look at their cover.

You need to get @ryanwgregg on it, he has been undoubtedly the most resourceful person lately on parts.

Yes it does! It is part 73506! It isn't clear how it attaches? I bet it would work for a storage cover on a non-hybrid! Quoted $545! 3 available in the entire country. For that price I'll fabricate something. Thank you Ryan!

I’ve been trying to get a look at a hybrid to see how this attaches in person. I’ve only seen pictures but it would be nice for the dogs! Following for any updates

It appears it mounts to the same point the insert does for the storage bin. There would most likely be modifications involved unless you remove the storage bin completely.

I am now thinking it is not a good solution. I looked closely at the neighbors hybrid and it screws/attaches in the back below the upper back seat. Not sure you could easily install it? The bigger issue is access to the stuff stored below. Access through the two access panels wouldn't be adequate. A thin piece of plastic, laminate or plywood that just lays in place seems better. In two halves (driver side and passenger side) with a handhole to lift it out of place.

@ryanwgregg I may be a little OCD, but I'm missing one of these pushpins on my Hybrid, would you have a PN# by chance? Appreciated it.
