    It's always bugged me how the fan speed control knob looks out of place next to the 4x4 switch and surrounded by silver instead of black like the rest of the HVAC controls...Has anyone done or seen something like this? I'm considering painting a gloss black half circle around the knob to make it blend into the rest of the HVAC knobs...Forgive my rudimentary photoshop skills but you kinda get the idea...Tundra Dash.jpg

    I think someone makes some upgraded knobs to replace the silver. Maybe that would look better, to make all the knobs black.

    IMO, I would not paint around it. If anything just to see it, get some of that black vinyl wrap from autozone and put some around it and see if you like it or not.
