Humming Noise at 45MPH '06 Sequoia

My sister has a Sequoia that is having an issue they can't figure out. It has a loud humming at 45 MPH. If they speed up or slow down the noise goes away. The truck has 145k miles. I think they are 2nd owners. She said slight vibration with noise as well. A mechanic friend suggested may a wheel bearing going bad but how would you tell which one?

I told her I'd see if someone else on the forum had similar issue.

Any ideas or ways to check wheel bearings?
