Humming at 25-30mph

2012 tundra rock warrior

I added bilstein struts up front instead of a leveling kit to raise it

So it’s a 2102 4wd.. it hums high pitched at 25-30mph.. goes away when I speed up or slow down . Replaced both front wheel bearings . I took the screen out In throttle body . Greased u joints . Replaced drives side cv axle . Pulled fuse for radio. It’s not a speaker . Put it in 4wd it didn’t go away. Not sure what else to try ? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
