HUD Settings - Eco Gauge

Hello, new '24 Platinum owner and have a question I can't figure out.

In the HUD settings, you can toggle the 'ECO' gauge on/off. I want it off in the HUD. The issue I'm having it does not remember the setting when the truck is turned off. When I get back and start the truck, the ECO gauge is back again.

Perhaps this is way it's supposed to function but why have the option to turn it off at all?

Unfortunately this is the way it behaves. It won't keep the setting once the truck is shut off.

 

and the eco bar acts backwards, more green bar when you waste more gas and no bar when you are off the gas.

 

Interesting, my ECO bar stays off for HUD and it has for a few months now. Question is, what did I do? Sorry, don't recall.

 

Interesting. Read somewhere that the adjustments are tied to seat memory settings which make sense for position, but I’ve tried this and does not impact ECO bar.
