Howdy !

Hey ! The name is Russ. Retired. I'm the 2nd owner of a 2000 SR5 RWD. A hand me down from my father approximately 15 years ago. Love this truck. It's never let me down. Other than brakes, plugs, batteries, tires, filters, and oil changes, I've done no other maintenance to this truck. Me personally, anyway. 133.2k miles now. A local mechanic recently changed the timing belt and associated rollers. Also the water pump. I plan to drive this truck till the wheels fall off. I understand that could happen with these lower ball joints. I plan to have these replaced along with the shocks and struts soon. I can't stand the thought of paying a small fortune for a new vehicle. I hope to be one of those who can get 3 - 4 hundred thousand miles from it. I have a question or two relating to the suspension, but I'll search the forum first for answers.
