Do I have to take out the airbag and remove the clock gear to replace my headlight switch? It seems like a huge pain. Anyone have any tips or know of any instructions for this?

My passenger headlight stays on even when the light is switched off, but it does turn off when my car is turned off. Very occasionally it will start functioning properly again until the next day. I tried testing all fuses and checked all my headlight wiring (I have a lot of conversion harnesses). Swapping the headlight stalk is the only idea I have left unless something is broken inside my sealed Morimoto XB.
