How to Find The GCVWR For my Tundra

    Does anyone know how to fine out what the GCVWR is for a 2023 Tundra. I am thinking of buying one as a tow vehicle and want to make sure my Tundra can handle the trailer I decide to pull. Thanks, Rob

    There is a model code on the door jamb sticker (not the sticker with payload info).
    This code corresponds to specific tow, payload, and GCWR ratings in the manual. It’s based on trim level and options.

    Maybe check out the owners manual online and see if there are any that work for you. Every Tundra you go look at, make sure to make a note of that code.

    It’s things like 4wd, sunroof, etc that eat into that number.
