    Greetings,

I recently replaced my stock tow mirrors with standard mirrors (TRQ - 3rd party) on my 2022 Tundra SR5. The TRQ mirrors did not come with a jump cable to connect the mirror features. As a result, I am now getting the following warnings:
    • Blind Spot Monitor Malfunction
    • Rear Cross Traffic Alert Malfunction
    • Additionally, my RCTA light now stays on as well as one other warning light (see photo).
I am okay with losing the mirror features but would like to eliminate the warnings. Does anyone know how to disable these warnings?

    Thanks in advance.

Not possible, toyota does not offer mirrors without those features as they are standard on the Tundra. You will have to find some way to connect those wires back up and make the truck believe they are still functional. No software that I am aware of will disable safety features on these trucks.

Don't let your washer fluid get low. It will yell at you every 30 seconds about that too.

I'm sure the lawyers had a say, but the constant warnings and nagging is way over the top. I don't know how to fix it. There should be a "yes, I know, let's move on to what is important" setting.
