look up the air bags you have, the manufacturer will list minimum and max air pressure. Use lowest when not towing, then when towing add enough to level the truck, remove the squat.

I have the Firestone bags, with the Daystar cradles. I normally run 3-5PSI when empty and inflate to about 20-25 when I load my camper, and then add if I feel like I need more.

You will have to play with the loaded PSI some to get a good feel on how much you will require.

I usually take note of the ride height when the truck is not loaded. I measure it from the top of the rear wheels to the opening of the fender, straight direction. When load is placed, I measure the distance and air the bags was neccessary to bring it up to the unloaded measurement. This is for stock height rear suspension. If you're lifted and your bags are already stretched out when not loaded, the result will be different. It can ride harsh. I also replaced the rear shocks with Rancho 9000XL. You can adjust the valving to prevent pogo stick-like motion from the airbags.
