I tried going in to my profile and turning off emailed notifications and it didn't take. My email is swamped and I can't find any of my useful emails. Maybe the answer is to stop posting but I think I'm addicted.......

    Any suggestions from peanut gallery?

The links to tweak the emails are at the bottom of each of those emails. I went ahead and disabled the emails on your Watched/Subscribed threads for you

Now how the hell are you gonna keep up in here?

Yeah, I did the same thing. I have to now select "watched thread" if notifications are to be sent to me.
