Trying to install a replacement from Amazon. The cigarette ports on the lower panel under the HVAC controls. I can't seem to twist or able to pull them out.

    Thanks

I took off the panel and removed them from the backside by pushing little tabs in the cig housing first then remove the cover it’s a 2 piece set up. I have no more cig ports on mine I made them all USB even the back seat center council

Got it! It was just stubborn. Had to really push hard on the tabs, then pull the metal ring out. I tapped it with a knife to persuade it out.

    Thanks
