How do I remove front bumper upper trim piece?

I need to replace my front bumper on my 2008 Tundra. It's chrome and I have the replacement already.
The problem is I can't seem to get the plastic filler piece off that goes above the chrome bumper.

I removed the clips and bolts across the top. I removed the bolt and clip on each end. But it still feels like it's attached down in the middle of the trim piece and I am afraid to pull too hard for fear of breaking it.

Any diagrams of what might be holding it?

I got an answer on another forum. Apparently I had missed some bolts further in and down on the back side.
