    Hello,

Has anyone every made running boards out of 2x4 steel tubes. I got some cheap running boards off of ebay and they did not hold up. Thinking about welding 2x4 steel to the mounts from my old running boards. Ideas welcome.

The wife needs a step. She hated the sliders I had on my tacoma. The tundra will never be off road. No need for sliders. I have a jeep for that.
