Pretty sure the black front bar is hollow and the red TRD one is solid. You definitely feel the difference going to the TRD sway bar and folks have commented on how different their weight is. I didn't do my install so I can't vouche for how they compare. I just know you feel the difference on the road.
I would not call the red TRD sway bar an aftermarket part. It is OEM and comes standard on some of the trims/options.

thanks for info, I wanted to find out the difference since they said that. dose not make sense that it would be hollow. maybe red one is just heavier.

wow, there is a difference, 17 pounds and hollow verses 30 pounds. and seems to be an upgrade, you can bet this will start an uproar. no wonder these people complained on ride differences.

    Alot of them
OEM is hollow at 17 lbs. The TRD is solid and 29 lbs without the end links.

IMO upgrading from the hollow stock bar to the red bar is noticeable but its not as noticeable as adding a rear bar if you didn't have a rear bar to begin with.
