    Hello,
    I have a 2005 Toyota Tundra V6 4.0L SR5 manual with around 560,000 miles.
I currently have an issue with high idle already cleaned the throttle body and checked fuses for the ETCS nothing blown there. When I turn the car on runs high to 2,000 RPM and doesn’t drop after while only drops to normal RPMS while driving. Shifting into neutral rpm’s do drop and rise many times before staying at 2,000.
    OBD II reads:
    P0102
    P0113
    P0121
    P0123
    P0128
    P2135
Any other information that may help diagnosing my issue please feel free to ask looking to try to fix it before it’s completely out of reach for repairs.

Since the last code deals with throttle body and the others appear to be missing a number. If I add a 2 in front of first 5, they also deal with TB. If indeed some are missing 2’s, might want to check that TB connector is plugged in good as a first step.

Vacuum leak maybe. Grab some starting fluid, start engine, spray some bursts around the engine bay, you will know it when the rpms increase substantially, now just narrow down the spot where it is sucking in the starting fluid. I know it might be just the beginning of other issues, but it is a cheap simple way to begin finding problems.

this is my first time on forums the codes did included 0 I should’ve included those. I will check the TB connector as we disconnected while it was running and did go down to normal idle rpms. thank you for the information it’ll help me out more now.

    Welcome to forum.

Now that 0’s are added, first 2 deal with MAF and IAT which are contained in MAF assembly. The others deal with TB also.
If things were disconnected as you say, I’d double check both components are connected properly, remove neg lead of battery for about 10 min to flush codes from ECU, reconnect battery neg and see if codes return.

That guy that posted in Spanish recently had the same codes, I think. He replaced his MAF and cleaned his throttle body/blade.

Close, he also mentioned he cut one of the connectors to the throttle body assembly and wasn't sure he repinned it correctly.
