High Beam Issues

I’ve got a strange issue with my headlights. Recently had to replace the relay to fix an issue of my low beams and high beams not working. The relay fixed the problem for a week and now just my high beams aren’t working, except the high beams are on they are just extremely dim and and you can’t tell you are on unless you look at the bulb. I just replaced those led lights with halogen high beams and they seem to work on occasion now but I have to flick the high beam switch on and off a few times before they eventually go on. Any ideas what’s going on?
