Hey guys, anyone here know if it’s possible to rotate the assembly inside spyder headlights? My drivers side beam looks like it’s rotated a little to where the spread would go right into oncoming drivers eyes. Do I have to pull apart the light housing to fix this? Probably why I was able to buy the housings so cheap in the first place.
They are basically something to get me by until I get some oem housings and do a retro. They look pretty decent on the truck with hids I suppose, but doubt they will look great long term. Thanks

you can see how the left side is higher and needs to be rotated to level the output

did you try just re-seating that bulb in the projector and giving it a little twist?

I'm not sure how the spyders mount the projector in the housing, but you could remove the headlight assembly and see if you could loosen a screw and adjust the projector.

Personally i wouldn't bake it open to mess with it unless you are replacing the projector.

Ok, yeah, that would be. Last resort. I’ll take it out and see if there is a way to adjust it. But I’m 99% sure it’s the cut off shield that’s crooked. I could be wrong however
