My front floor on the driver and passenger side are soaked and I have no clue what’s doing it, also my windshield whisper fluid isn’t coming out. My gf is in end stage heart failure so I don’t have the money to get it looked at.

Do you have a sun roof and has it been raining?
Usually sun roof drains get clogged and cause something similar, you can open the sun roof and send weed wacker wire down the front drains to help clear the blockage

Have you checked to see if the A/C drain tube is clogged?

Is there a rubber plug in your doors, lower front side of each door, think there's a drain that can get clogged with leaves and stuff, not sure if all models have them.
But could possibly be a windshield leak.

That’s definitely not the Ac drain, it’s on the passenger side firewall

Definitely a different design from the traditional tube that is usually where you described. Strange.

Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! I don't have anything to offer other than what has already been posted, but good luck finding the source of the wet floors.

Can you have a feel around and locate the highest point that the flooring is wet, which should give you some indication as to where the water enters the foot wells? This would ideally be more easily done with the carpet lifted but we don't know how handy you are.

EDIT: Both foot wells being wet suggests that you start in the centre at the high point of the floor (Transmission tunnel)

Pop the door threshold off, remove the kickplate (one plastic screw) and the carpet will lift back enough to see under it.
Pull the seat bolts out and lean it back to get more access to the floor.
The carpet is tucked up under the console so it should just lift back.

Or just go balls out and remove everything like I did...

My wife's Highlander has this problem. It turned out to be a mouse nest inside the fender causing water to back up into the the A pillar. She cleared it by removing a few screws from the inner fender and pulling out the straw and leaves. Only the driver side was clogged, but enough water got in to soak the carpet on both sides.
