I sat around without a truck for the last year and half. Piddling around in a 2000 Impreza dubbed Winnifred was fun, but she just couldn't do what we needed her to do. I'm glad I waited as long as I did. I found "Grandpa's Truck". Bought new in 2008, lived in a climate controlled garage, and only had 59,800 miles on it when I bought it. Not sure how this forum feels about naming their rigs, but we're calling this one Harlan to honor the man who took such great care of it.

I'm already dreaming up mods. First things are most likely a topper, wheels, and tires. On that note, how big of a tire can I fit on this stock lift?

Just kidding. I can tell y'all are sick of that question.

I look forward to many years with this truck.

    Welcome!

Fellow 08 owner here as well as a 21.

The 08 is much faster and fun to drive.

Funny, they mostly feel the same even tho the 08 has 225k miles and the 21 has 13k.

    Thanks!

That is great news. I was debating a newer truck, but most of what I read about the Gen 2's was abundantly positive. And it saved me several grand.
