    Man, I think technology has passed me by. New member here, I think I may have been in the past. However, I'm currently scanning the threads for info as I'm upgrading to a new-to-me 2016 CM Tundra. My current research is for the levelling kit that doesn't look low in the back with a camper shell and bikes. Here I go......

    A little background. I was REALLY looking at a new F150 or Silverado but just couldn't pull the trigger for some reason. Maybe familiarity and comfort with the Tundra and Toyota's in general. After a 90's Chevy I've been jaded and only had Toyota's since then(4). So I'm in process of purchasing used.
    First ride was a 2003 XC Tacoma. No mods, just a shell for camping.

    Second Toyota was an upgrade to a 4runner as we had kids and room was limited in the Tacoma extended cab.

    Third Toyota was back to a double cab Tacoma Sport as the I really missed having a truck bed for stuff.

    Current ride. 2004 Tundra dbl cab. The Tacoma Sport was broadsided and I needed a new truck. Insurance was a calamity so I took what cash I had and purchased the Tundra. Honestly, It was a better purchase than I could ever imagine!

    Upgrades: Ranchos RST's, OME add-a-leaf, Stereo upgrade, Sliders/step by Off-Road Fabrication, Shell and homemade DIY bed paltform.

    Anyway, thanks all. Glad to be here. Lots of good info!
