Hey sorry if this isn't where I'm supposed to post this I'm new so I got a new exhaust put on basically put flowmaster 40s on and had new stainless exhaust put on and my check engine light turns on after a bit and then also on my dash it says traction control turned off."and yes I didn't hit the button" I put a my code reader on it and it says the code is P219A. And if I clear it the code will come back. Any ideas as to solutions the exhaust place put the 02 sensors back in also. Thank you for any help yall can give me.

I'll try to track down the 02 sensors in the morning i believe I have 4 in all. The shop that did the exhaust said he put em.all back in but I'll double check it lol. Thank you for the reply

Fuel delete mod Cup holder upgrade
Did you get headers or go catless? Catback doesn't require messing with any sensors.

So specifically what happened was i got the truck a few months ago and it had a whine in the catalytic converter and so I'm friends with a guy who owns a shop for exhausts and he did a full exhaust from the headers to the ends. It's a dual muffler the trd one and we replaced the cats with flowmaster 40s.

Yeah with headers and different cats the secondary O2 sensors become a pain. (For offroad use only!!!) Tuning out the codes worked well. Alternatively you can use defoulers/mini cats on the 02 sensors to mimic a larger catalytic converter (these are finicky to get right).

Tuning out the code as in going to a place to block the code?

Using tuning software to prevent specific codes from being checked/logged in the trucks ecu. There are a few tuning options, not many will touch the emissions stuff though.

I would also just check what cats you have on the front and use 400 cell replacement cats (if you have larger diameter exhaust pipes) and or your oem ones (if you have oem diameter exhaust pipes). The secondary cats don’t matter at all. High flow 200 cell cats will not prevent codes from being thrown.

Thank you all for help with the exhaust issue. Ended up getting two cati's and getting them on. So far seems to have worked the light hasn't come on which was tripping traction control off which was a fun drive during the rain the past week lol. Appreciate yall
