My situation is a bit odd I think. I was under the dash replacing the footwell light bulb with an led and dropped my drill on that tiny little plastic housing that you put the bulb into and kinda smushed it along with the gold prongs inside of it. Ever since then none of my cab light work exept the dash and the bed light. None of my fuses are blown ive replaced all of the $50+ later. I think that housing is messing things up. Any thoughts? Could I just cut it right out or would I mess other stuff up? Or if there is anywhere I can buy that little housing and splice a new one in? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

17' color keyed TRD Pro Grill, color keyed handles, chrome mirror backs, TRD Pro Wheels, front and rear swaybar, shifter, tailgate insert (black), 2018 LED headlights and DRLs. 04' Original Owner all stock
Not to distract from your actual issue :), but I tapped the power for that light and connected small LED strips in the two front footwells for better lighting (I don't use the original light (which is practically useless)).
