2021 Black Tundra limited Nightshade Edition

A couple weeks ago I applied some 303 protectant to my tailgate handle. I forgot to wipe the excess protectant that got on the paint around the door handle. Now there's a light film that formed around the tailgate. Any ideas on how to remove it or what to use?
