Hello everyone, I'm hoping someone can tell me what's going on with my truck.

I have 2014 Tundra SR5. The other day on my way to work I was listening to radio as always and all of the sudden the radio shuts off and the back up camera comes on. Since then I haven't been able to use the radio at all and the touch screen flashes back and forth from being totally black to showing the back up camera. I called my dealer and they just told me to bring it in and they would take a look at it. I've checked all fuses and disconnected the battery cable in an effort to reset the computer. Everything else works fine. I was hoping someone here might be able to tell me what's going on before the dealership gouges me for an unruly price just to tell me it needed something simple.

    Thank you for your help.

No mods or anything. The whole truck is stock. It sits in a carport and I live out in the sticks so I'm thinking a mouse may have chewed up a wire or something.
