I have a 2005 DC 4x4 with 17" wheels in pretty rough shape so I want to replace. The truck currently has 285/70/ R17 tires and I am wanting to stick with that size.
Being budget minded I am looking to buy toyota OEM take off wheels. be it from another tundra, FJ crusier or tacoma. Are all toyota 17" wheels going to be the same with regards to offset? I understand they may be different widths, what would be best width for this size tire? I will be adding a couple inches of lift soon hoping to solve the issue of the 285's rubbing the UCA.
    thanks
