I have a 2014 that is having bogging down issues. When cold it acts like you are on and off the gas when running about 35 mph. Once it warms up it runs fine. Just had oil changed and the tires rotated the day before it started acting up at the dealer. I called them that day and they claim they didn't do anything to it. Ran 2 bottles of Heat in gas to make sure no water was in it. Toyota dealer is saying fuel pump even though there is no codes at all in the system. They want $1200 to replace it. Took it to another shop and was told not the fuel pump. It has 41 lbs of pressure and the range is 40 - 41. No one can figure it out. Can someone give me any advice? With no check engine light on and no codes I am lost.

I'd try cleaning the MAF sensor.

Along with cleaning the MAF as stated above, check intake system hoses for leaks, and inspect PCV. Cleaning the throttle body is not a bad idea either (will need to relearn base idle after).
