Hello. My truck hit a stump and it drove the Front axel Mount through My oil pan. (bought at auction, didn't know they continued to drive it.) Long story short, apparently running without oil is really bad for these engines? Go figure. Spun Main bearing #5 and scored the crank under rod bearings 6 and 7.
Truck is a 2009 SR5 DoubleCab with the 3-URFE engine. (5.7 Gas only)

I had the short block re-built over the summer. Then I reassembled the timing cover, installed the heads and cam towers, and finally got the engine back in my truck last month.
But it won't start. It has fuel, and it turns over. I'm going to compression test today, but it has no spark.
I have the DTCs listed below in the ECU
So here's my problem. Are these codes causing my truck not to start? or are they being caused by whatever is not letting my truck start?
All of these codes come back as soon as I clear them. They don't even wait for me to attempt to start it again before popping up.

Also, what is this part? I know the one in shadow is the protective cover for the crankshaft position sensor, but what's the other one? where does it go? It was leftover after I re-assembled my engine bay.

A lot of cam codes, I would lean that direction.
