I have a 2012 Tundra 5.7L 165,000 miles. THE TRANSMISSION is fantastic BUT it has NEVER been serviced! I spoke with the dealership, the service manager said that they transfer the fluid the correct way; by putting it on a lift and letting the tires rotate in gear to push the fluid through. I'm afraid that I will have transmission problems after the transfer because of the high mileage and lack of service. Again, it shifts wonderfully, no slippage, very responsive. Can someone give me some EXPERT advice?

Just get it serviced don’t worry about it.
if your transmission is operating properly now you should not have any issues.

I just got a drain and fill done at almost 200k miles. Only had to replace 4 qts of clean new fluid. There's still plenty of "dirty" ATF in there (maybe 5 or 6 qts) to shift properly. From what I've seen on high mileage 2nd gens, drain and fill is the way to go.

We did a full flush service on our 2015 at 120k miles. Zero issues before and after.

Drain and fill only. Maybe twice 1 oil change apart. Then leave it alone.

Good luck with your transmission service, drain and fill is the least invasive and least likely to create issues. Your thread title with all caps and distressful language is a bit of the boy who cried wolf. You can ask anything in these forums without the dramatics, good folks that are willing to help usually.
