2008 toyota tundra 5.7

Please someone give me some advise. We got scammed out of 4400 on a motor we ordered from auto square send a blow motor still haven't gotten are money back but I have to get it fixed still owe payments on it now scared to order one because of all the scam companies plus we now have limited funds to get one am on disability waiting for a transplant. Have to get a used one who do you guys recommend we call. Truck is stuck in Kentucky am in south carolina. It is 2008 tundra with the 5.7 engine in it.
