I have the owner's manual and am looking at the fuse diagrams but there is no mention of a fuse for the license plate light, although the license plate light is shown in a lighting diagram earlier in the manual. Is there any other name for this light? Could it be connected to another light and therefore the same fuse?

Same as the truck’s tail lights - labelled “Tail” in the fuse panel IIRC.

So if the tail lights are working it’s not a blown fuse.
