Hope someone can help me out, I have a 2020 Tundra with tow package, looking to monitor the transmission and torque converter temps.

I bought a BAFX products Bluetooth OBD2 Reader, then bought the Torque Pro app, I was able to get it up and running but am unable to find any tranny sensor info. At this point I have no idea what to do.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

So I don't have familiarity with the products you mentioned but I did briefly dig around on this when I couldn't find tranny temps on my Kenwood head unit. It looks like Toyota uses proprietary PIDs (Process IDs) for those codes. So you'd need to add a string into your app in order to read it. What those are, I don't know, but I hope that points you in the right direction.

Well thanks for your reply, but unfortunately that's the type of stuff I totally don't understand. I did a search on this site but was not successful at finding any info. Hopefully someone who knows will chime in.
I've had my truck for just over 2 months and really do like it, just a bit concerned about the lack of a tranny cooler.

I have OBD fusion and the phone app. You pay a little extra ($5-10) to unlock the whole suite of data, but it will give you the transmission temps, and it is interesting to compare 2018 to 2019 and up.

Thanks guys, a lot to look into. Is OBD Fusion a different OBD reader than my BAFX or is it a different app than my Torque Pro?
