    Lots of shenanigans.
My air bag light has been on for a couple of months. I can't figure out what caused it. I haven't messed with any nor taken off my steering wheel. One day I started the truck and saw that it came on. It turned off for a day then came back. I tried swapping out fuse 29 (a 10A fuse that I saw from another forum) and it didn't do anything.

Any help would be appreciated. Dealership wants to charge too much

spend a couple hundred bucks for a bi-directional scanner to find where the issue is. seriously, a decent scanner is very much worth the investment. It will tell you what air bag is not completing the continuity check.

i do a lot of air bag work, the systems are not that complicated. if you dont have a blown bag, then the issue is going to be a connector. The most common issue is going to be a connector under the seats. Look for bright yellow wires. All air bag systems use this color. Check the connection is the 1st thing that should be done.
