HELP!!! After market oem fog lights install 2nd gen

2010 tundra extra cab with factory heavy duty tow package. Factory pig tails and sockets behind the blanks in the bumper wiring harness to plug directly into fog lamp assembly. But no pig tail under the dash to simply plug into the switch. So jumpered switched power from the running lights circuit(green wire on left) and into existing(?) fog lamp circuit at baby blue wire on right. Had to add a relay to the fuse box for the fog alight circuit. New Switch in dash lights up. But fog lights do not come on. Running lights are all led. do I have this wired right? Any suggestions would be great!
