Hey all, I searched but could not find the same problem anywhere. My truck has the 4hi and lo lights flashing. It happened about 3-4 weeks ago well after I had taken it out of 4 high on some gravel roads. It went off when the truck was off and back on. It seemed to go on randomly without messing with the switch for about a week after. Then it stayed off. Came back on today after a fast downhill left turn (in hindsight, the random times before seemed to be downhill lefts.) No codes. Just got in from hunting and have a day before I head back out. What do you guys think? Will I f%^k anything up if I go back out? Thanks in advance!

Check your speed sensors.......wires, connector for damage.

Will do! Thanks! If they end up being damaged, will it hurt anything to drive it for 5 days on an elk hunt? Don't worry, I won't hold you liable...

I had the same problem after breaking a wheel speed sensor and drove it a couple of weeks and it was fine. I think your traction control and ABS won't work. Check if 4WD works.

Replacing the sensor is pretty easy though.

Good to know. I guess that solves the "turning off the nannies" problem. My issue is time, sounds like i'll be good til I get back. Thanks!!
