    Hey there Tundra folks,

I am from Minnesota and I have driven a truck since I was 17 years old. I am happy to be here and learn about the Tundra. I have driven all domestic trucks (ford, chevy, dodge) and now want to jump into the Tundra world. I need help from anyone that is willing to tell me why I should get a Tundra and how great they are in all conditions. I think all the trucks out there are pretty good and they all have their flaws, but I need to learn about the Tundras because it will be my next truck.

I look forward to hearing a bunch of Tundra stories!

    Thank you!

Welcome from West MO. I'd go Gen 3, absolutely flawless from what I've seen

Welcome from OKC! Do your homework and research the site here. 3rd generation has had many issues and many of them are crank/rod bearings related engine issues. I highly recommend a 2021 or older rust free version unless you get a new truck every 2 years and enjoy things falling apart. Good luck with your research and the truck you decide on!

Welcome from Raleigh, NC. Previously owned a 07 and 10. Grabbed a 20 Sport as my newest. Still not sold on 3Gs yet. I leveled with some bronze methods. Coat is midnight gray on a Max cab. Playing off the Sports red accented sways. Painted calipers and front toe hooks red. Just did a complete Kenwood mod sound system as my retirement gift to me. In the process of putting three amber running lights in the pro scoop. Next up, cold air intake with mapping and researching a pedal commander. For now, I'll stay with this 5.7. Again, welcome. I'm new here as well.
