    hey all just upgraded from a 16 Tacoma to a 2018 sr5 trd off road cement tundra! Best truck I’ve ever owned, I love the extra space and power!

    Thank you! They only had one and it was a dealer trade, they couldn’t find another one so I bought it before someone else could! And yes I want the pro grill, leveling kit and 295/70’s with some bora 1” spacers. Are there any Toyota vendors on here to get the grill from?

    Welcome! Make sure you understand what is involved with the Toyota Safety Sense radar sensor built in to the 2018 grill emblem before you order a Pro grill.

    There are some threads discussing this....essentially your (our) options are:
    install a 2018 platinum grill and paint the hood bulge and grill surround cement (you could also keep your SR5 center portion)
    order a 2017 TRD Pro grill and bulge in Cement and swap out the TRD portion for something else
    order a 2017 TRD Pro grill and try to retrofit the radar sensor, but I'm sure that will void the warranty and may create issues with Safety Sense (haven't seen anyone do this yet)
    wait for later in the year and see if they make a late 2018 model TRD Pro (there are some rumors this may happen)

    Haha...when I first read this I thought that might have been "my Tundra" because a NorCal dealer had a cement in stock and called me to say ot was in but I was still looking for a lower price at another place. A few days later he said another dealer wanted to trade for it for a customer and I was good with it.
    Additionally, even though cement is impossible to build Totota is producing them but they are keeping them in low numbers. Just be patient and don't over pay. I'm getting quotes well under msrp even on 2018 Cement limiteds.
