2001 SR5

Have a 2001 SR5 with 266K miles, one winter I couldn't get any heat from system, Toyota dealer was able to do something that returned heat but not from all vents. Yesterday, the coldest day of year here, when I turned the system on, nothing happened - no blower at all. In the afternoon I turned the system on and the blower came on and produced some heat but there was a continuous clicking noise at all speeds. Any ideas? Thanks.
