Looking for some help, have had the truck since September and the heated seats are not working. Was unsure at first since it hasn't been to cold, but I can definitely tell now they are not working. Been putting off taking it in, any ideas on fix so I can avoid taking it in.

I would check the fuse as a starting point.

Level 3 on the seats should make you sweat, so yeah…something isn’t right. Warranty time!

I'd check the fuses, then plugs under the seats. Do the switches light up?

Yes, I have the same issue with my '21 1794. It's been at the dealer for 3 days. First diagnosis was not correct, and they had to order another part. They said the part came in today and I can pick the truck up tomorrow. We'll see.

My advice, just take it in. It's under warranty so let them fix it.
