    Hi Everyone,

Our 2006 Sequoia Limited 4x4 is having an issue when turning the internal dash temperature control knob - when it is set to HI temp we get hot air in the cab. When we turn the knob to 85 degrees, instead of getting less warm air we are getting pure cold air (apprears the AC is turning on). I opened up the dash and can see dampers moving to AC positions immediately when going from HI to 85.

My trouble shooting steps so far have been to replace the Damper Servo Sub-Assembly (87106-0C040) since it opens the entire way when going from HI to 85 degrees. That didn't fix the issue.
Since we have a 2nd Sequoia (2005 Limited 4X4), I swapped out the entire integrated control & panel assembly, and when moving the knob from HI to 85 the same issue persisted.

Has anyone else figured out how to fix this issue?

    Thanks!
