2023 1794 Tundra

Picked up a new 2023 Tundra on Friday. I am trying to set up the HUD without the eco bar on the bottom. I am able to turn it off in the settings but as soon as I turn the truck off and restart it comes back. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

I didn't know you could turn off the ECO bar. According to the HV manual I downloaded for my truck on page 102, doesn't say much about turning it off or if it will come back on when powered back up.
