Headrest not clipping…

2022 Tundra SR5 TRD Off-road

Hey guys,
I have a quick question about headrest.
So I picked up my new Tundra yesterday. I found that the headrest on the rear seat of driver’s side was not clipping. What I mean by clipping is pushing in the headrest and fixing it. The dealer told me that it was “designed” to be like that. But it’s kinda weird because the headrest has small hole to clip it.

So I wanted to ask if you guys have same problem, like the headrest is not fixed properly something like that?

If you guys don’t mind, please upload a video if that…
