Had a fender bender, minimal damage but my, less than 6 months old, headlight got lightly scratched. Is there any way to buff out the plastic housing? Does anyone have any first hand experience with it?

I had a scuff on my tail light and used some rubbing compound. Worked well. If deeper try one of those headlight restorers. The 3M brand with the different grits of paper works well too.

You will probably have to spray it with a clear coat afterwards

    What he said...

Had scuffing on my instrument cluster lens from prior owner and used this and it’s like new. Just start up easy and check your results. Have used this on several cars with good results as well.
