Headlight Revolution supernova v4

So after reading many threads here and elsewhere I went ahead and ordered supernova V4 led bulbs from headlight Revolution. Came with two day shipping but then a day after I ordered I get an email from them saying it may be 4-6 weeks before they are shipped! Anyone else deal with this? From what I've read HR has good customer service so I'm hoping they do something to make it right. Why wouldn't it show as backordered before taking my money?

 

I purchased those lights a few months ago. I would contact HR I am sure they will take care of you. Or cancel your order. I would personally wait for V4. I was impressed by there output.

 

@alpinepro4 I've spoke to them via emails but I think I'll get further if I call them by phone. Was curious if anyone else had issues with delayed orders

 

You'll never get them by phone. Tried for ages, but no one ever answered their calls.
Email - I had better luck with email responses from them.
I tried the V4's for a month, but couldn't stand the light scatter. Pulled them and went with 2018 OEM LED housings and couldn't be happier.
I'll be posting the V4s I used for 1 month here for sale when I get a minute free.

 

After a couple calls and an email the bulbs shipped right out. I got them installed and haven't had any issues with scatter or cars flashing me for blinding oncoming traffic.
I am impressed by the light output and think the upgrade was worth it. I would love to have gotten the whole oem led assembly but the money just isn't there right now.
