Anyone else..2021 with JBL. Head unit freezes, usually while using navigation or wireless IPhone adapter. Everything is fine and then no sound. All functions are there, music shows as playing but no sound. Hold the power down to reset, no change. Only way to reset is to turn off the vehicle and restart, everything back to normal..

check and see if there is a firmware update for your truck, easy to do and the update can be downloaded for free from toyota. Google search will give you plenty of hit on how to do it or you can search and find the threads here.
